I have been practicing yoga and meditation for over 10 years, I lived around the world for many years, including US, India, Thailand, Hong Kong where I did my yoga teacher training. I believe that Yoga is not just about performing asanas. It is about knowing yourself.

Grace is my journey of self exploration and oneness . It is an expression of art . It is a start of my self study to bring out the best in me . Constant Self awareness of all equipments ,their observation to purify them consistently and ishwar pranidhan is my effort. I feel the Grace of God, my Guru , that he lead me to this path of yoga and with his blessings I can consistently remain on this path.
Yoga is essentially a spiritual discipline based on an extremely subtle Science which focuses on bringing harmony between mind and body. It is an art and science for healthy living. The word "Yoga" is derived from the Sanskrit root yuj meaning "to join", "to yoke" or "to unite".
Yoga as per spiritual scriptures leads to union of individual consciousness to universal consciousness. One who is in this state of oneness in existence is said to be in ‘Yoga ‘and is termed as yogi who has attained the freedom.
The aim of Yoga practice (sādhana) is to overcome all kinds of sufferings that lead to a sense of freedom in every walk of life with holistic health, happiness and harmony.
